Citing a need for stronger nonprofits in the Flathead Valley, several local entities have designed a series of courses to improve the capacity of the more than 300 nonprofits operating in the area.

Climate Ride has organized what they call "green conferences on wheels" all over the country but this is their first ride through Glacier.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will be given to the food bank to aid in their day-to-day operations, as they continue to move toward a new building in Missoula.

The ant is making stops across Montana in anticipation of the Red Ants Pants music festival in White Sulphur Springs July 23-26. Headliners include the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Ryan Bingham. Other musicians are Lee Ann Womack, three-time Grammy winner Keb’ Mo’, Turnpike Troubadours, Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis.

Each foundation-built house costs about $283,000 while the median cost of a home in Poplar is about $46,900, according to a Montana real estate agency.

GrantStation.com, Inc. announces the release of the PathFinder, a free, interactive website designed to assist the grantseeker in discovering the right resources to achieve their professional development goals.

The homes, built in Washington state, are being laid down in a sustainable village project on the old Poplar airport site. They are built from state-of-the art recycled materials and are LEED Platinum standard, foundation officials said.

On Wednesday, Bozeman looked a lot more like Hollywood. Some lucky people got a special screening of the new movie, Jurassic World and even some of Hollywood’s finest were here to celebrate with the Jurassic fans.
