The new $13 million water treatment plant in Belt, which has been under development since 2007, held its official ribbon-cutting; see KRTV. Bear Paw Development in Havre has launched a $350,000 business revitalization loan fund; see Havre Daily News and KRTV. KRTV also ran a great story about the recent Montana Business Attraction Mission to Japan and South Korea which GFDA participated in. And stories about the new Big Sky Bungee in Great Falls and bacon lovers’ favorite meat processor Saco Pay-N-Save.

GFDA Top Ten for 10-26-25
On the Montana Business Attraction Mission we pitched the Great Falls region with the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, the Federation of Korean Industries, the South Korean World Class 300 business leaders, and the Keidanren Japanese business association. We participated in Montana business attraction seminars in Seoul and Tokyo co-hosted with leading business associations, participated in Korean and Japanese flour miller association luncheons, networked at special receptions with targeted company leaders, and met one-on-one with executives of targeted companies.
