"It would not prohibit parking in any redevelopment. It would merely remove the requirement that a developer would have to build a minimum number of parking spaces."

We guess when you’re trying to sell a 750-hp truck with adaptive suspension and a 3-second 0-60 mph (96.5 km/h) sprint time, you’re expecting adrenaline junkies, not project managers, to show up in numbers for test drives.

"We can also predict in terms of what’s going to happen in the next 15 to 30 minutes, in terms of traffic flows."

The results came without any additional resources from state or local agencies.
