Local business owners who want to take control of their Web site, or those who want to develop their skills for entry level positions in Web development can earn a Webmaster certificate at the Dickinson Lifelong Learning Center.

Missoula voters will be asked to contribute almost $1.14 million to salaries and benefits for teachers in a May 3 election, under a recommendation by a Missoula County Public Schools committee.

The money will not be used for new projects, or salaries, or transportation, or curriculum, or any other area of education.
