Dorsey – FTC Prohibits Noncompete Agreements; Business Groups Sue

The Federal Trade Commission just approved a rule that would ban nearly all employee noncompete agreements nationwide. Several lawsuits have already been filed to block the new rule. Now is the time for every business to review its existing noncompetes and develop a contingency plan.
