Yellowstone Fiber Montana Open Access Project Underway

Yellowstone Fiber

Yellowstone Fiber, which was called Bozeman Fiber when the project started, is laying conduit and preparing to install fiber. The three-year plan is to offer service to every address in Bozeman and extend the network deeper into Gallatin County.

The network will provide speeds as fast as 10 Gbps for residential subscribers and 100 Gbps for businesses. Yellowstone says that it is the first open access project in Montana.
