| Hello friend of Hellgate Venture Network, Since 2009 the Hellgate Venture Network (HVN), founded by Dawn MaGee and I, has provided a welcoming and supportive community for entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurially minded in Missoula and beyond. With Dawn and Goodworks Ventures transitioning their focus to the challenges of a retiring generation of business owners across the state, I’m writing to seek your support in continuing the HVN story. We relaunched HVN, following our covid-driven hiatus, this summer with Premier Sponsors Blackfoot Communications and Parsons Behle & Latimer. We’ve been heartened by attendance at our August, September and November meetings from faces old and new and received strong words of enthusiasm and encouragement to continue.

While we intend to retain the informal and welcoming nature of our events, we are keen to ensure those who are curious about entrepreneurship or those working on their ideas in their basements and workshops are aware of and encouraged to connect with their peers! Marketing and coordinating our events takes time and effort, time that I have in short supply.
