Bozeman Ranks #1 for 4th Consecutive Year!
The 2021 Policom Report recognizes Bozeman again as the #1 strongest economy out of 543 cities under 50,000 (aka micropolitan) in the nation. While it’s exciting to hold the #1 spot, it is precarious given the city is likely to exceed the 50,000 population limit for a micropolitan community. While we are being noticed in this one report, other Montana communities that ranked high in economic strength include Kalispell, Helena and Butte.

Prospera Opens New Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

Prospera has been selected to host a new SBDC for southwest Montana. This award means we will be expanding our business development team to include additional free business counseling and business development services to the communities we serve in Gallatin and Park counties.

Jeff Turczyn has been hired as the new Regional Director for the Small Business Development Center. He will start in his new job on Monday, February 8th. Jeff brings a wealth of hands-on experience having co-founded Lone Mtn. Gymnastics and growing that company locally to nearly 65 employees before selling it to new owners.

Bridger Aerospace Wins

The next round of funding will open on February 24th, 2021 at 8am.

Please be ready to apply quickly as funding rounds filled within the first hour.
