Teams from SBR visited all top ten towns in early December and are now meeting over the next three weeks to go over criteria that will determine the Top 5 of the ten towns they have visited. During this period, they have indicated that they will look for the communities and business owners to work together in sharing messages highlighting all things great about Livingston.

Additional timeline information about the Top 5 and premiere town selection includes:

• January 14^th – Announcement online at Small Business Revolution – Amanda Brinkman or Ty Pennington or both will be announcing the Top 5 towns. This will be announced live at http://www.smallbusinessrevolution.org.
• January 14^th to January 21^st – Online voting takes place and according to past rules for voting, SBR created the contest to allow people to vote once per day, per device. This means EVERYONE has to reach out to all of their contacts (locally, regionally or nationally) in order to get Livingston voted in – EVERYONE and all of their contacts.  If you have relationships with people or organizations that have large followings, it would be great to ask them to help spread the word for getting the votes!
• Deluxe announces the winning town on January 21st or 22nd.
• From then, businesses that are interested in participating as featured shops have to fill out a very extensive application to be considered for assistance and resources.
• The Deluxe SBR team selects the 5 to 6 featured businesses. Although the team will focus the majority of their efforts on six selected businesses, this can make a huge impact on all our small businesses; plus the amount of publicity Livingston and the State of Montana would receive from a Hulu/Amazon Prime show would be significant.

Alas, Livingston and Montana are at a bit of a disadvantage as we are the 2^nd smallest populated community to ever be selected into the Top 10. Because of the smaller town population, as well as the smaller state population from which to garner support, we need some help (YOUR HELP) getting the news out! The Deluxe crew monitors social media to keep track of how invested the communities within our state are, and so we are asking that you help us in getting the message out to your members, business partners, towns/cities, friends, family (in state and out of state).

We are asking that everyone in our small but mighty state and other states, share social media posts as often as they can about how great Livingston is! The Deluxe team likes to see pictures and videos of why people feel Livingston is such a great community.

People who wish to help spread the news can use the hash tag #mylivingston, #smallbusinessrevolution and @smallbusinessrevolution when posting on social media to attract attention from Deluxe and SBR. They monitor Facebook, Instagram and Twitter portals.
