We’ve been receiving many requests lately for tools to help attract talent into the Great Falls region for jobs.

In these weekly emails, we usually feature one or two things relevant to talent attraction, but we thought this would be a great opportunity to share our entire talent attraction toolkit, all at once. You can bookmark it in your browser for easy access in the future.

All of the tools and resources in the Talent Attraction and Recruitment toolkit on the Great Falls Development Authority website were created as a response to some of the issues with recruitment presented to us in the community.

Key Messages: use provided language in marketing materials to sell Great Falls.
Great Falls Livability magazine: this tool highlights all the best of living, working and playing in Great Falls – look out for the newest issues to be released February 2022.
LiveinGreatFalls.com: the relocation website is a great resource for people looking to relocate… include a link in your email signature or on your website and job descriptions.
Marketing Videos: share on the career page of your website and your social media accounts.
Trailing Partner Email Group: an opt-in email group that allows employers to share resumes of trailing partners of candidates you’re hiring with other local employers, giving other employers an opportunity to add to their team.
Photo and Video Access: Access Google Photo bank to use our high-quality photography and videography in your marketing materials and website!
