Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

The Employer Needs & Workforce Development Survey is the next step in a major initiative being undertaken by the Montana Chamber of Commerce to address workforce shortages reported across multiple industries.  Your input will allow us to further qualify the problems being faced by Montana businesses and prioritize solutions.

This survey is intended to assess the extent of workforce difficulties faced by Montana businesses and we would like to request your opinions about what we can do to positively impact Montana’s workforce.
