Economic impact of CU Boulder tech transfers neared $2 billion over 5 years

Venture Partners at CU, formerly known as the Technology Transfer Office, requested the study, which found that through its activities, CU was able to collect $10.1 million in licensing revenue and $48.7 million in commercialization-specific grants. The department also generated $151.1 million in inferred sales by licensees related to CU technology and $593.6 million in capital funding for startups commercializing that technology.
