Wyoming board approves $8 million in business grants

A Wyoming state board has approved 18 grants totaling more than $8 million for projects to boost business in Wyoming.
The grants will fund building renovations; a road to a uranium project; and feasibility, planning and electrical capacity studies.
The Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board approved $4,063,100 in Business Ready Community grant requests and $4,397,780 in Community Facility Program grant requests last week at its meeting in Cheyenne.
