Communications 101” or “MBC 101.”

MBC 101 is geared toward small businesses that may not have the budget to make professional skills training available to
their employees. MBC 101 consists of four modules – Communications, Problem Solving, Change, and Business Ethics. DISC
theory and team building themes are sprinkled throughout the course.
