“(The MSU Leadership Institute’s Boardroom Bobcats) was developed with one question in mind – what if MSU could offer more productive partnerships with nonprofits that meet the greatest needs in our community? And what if we could further engage students in learning and engagement through service?” she said during a ceremony where the students in the 2022-23 participants were presented with certificates.

“We are talking about highly educated students who are not only bringing their student perspectives, their life perspective, but now they’re also bringing to the table their technical knowledge that comes with the mastery of the discipline that they’re part of. It’s huge,” she said.
