Internship: ‘Job shadow times 10’

A job shadow times 10," is how C.M. Russell High School Senior Lise Spencer describes her internship experience this year with the RESULTS program, an athletic training program with Benefis Health System.

Spencer follows the program’s trainers five to 10 hours a week, watching and assisting with coaching and case studies to track participants’ progress.

She is one of almost two dozen Great Falls Public School students participating in an internship, spending 45 or 90 hours on the job during a semester for credit.
