Sola Cafe owner Tiffany Lach’s real estate agent recently hung a banner outside the business letting people know it is for sale.

While many business sales are often done quietly, Lach said she feels like Sola has always been a coffee shop for the community, and she wanted to notify the public it was for sale in case someone she didn’t know was interested. She also wanted to be open about it with her employees as they transition over to new ownership, she said.
