City of Billings MET Transit’s new app is now accessible to public

The City of Billings MET Transit announced its new automatic vehicle locator (AVL) system is now up and running!

This app will allow bus riders to track their bus. This free application is called Double Map and anyone can download it with their smartphone, tablet, or PC.

KULR-8 spoke with about a dozen bus riders and asked them if they knew the app existed. Fred Hunter is the only bus rider who was familiar with the new system. He says his girlfriend downloaded the app today.
