What Happens When Women Support Other Women? Upcoming Training Opportunities with Prospera

PROSPERA _Womens training Header2 02-26
LAST CALL FOR 56STRONG
APPLICATIONS CLOSE DEC. 7TH
56Strong connects women entrepreneurs and business leaders from all of Montana’s 56 counties through a one-on-one mentorship program. This is a six-month program designed to:
  • Bridge the gap between the urban and rural divide
  • Support female entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses
  • Increase female businesses across the state of Montana
  • Help women gain access to capital
  • Support and build resiliency among female professionals
We are looking to deepen our mentor pool for the next cohort of 56Strong. Mentor criteria: Female with 5+ years of experience, physically located in Montana, a business owner or C-Suite executive, able to dedicate ~1 hour each month with the mentee.
What Past Mentors Said About the Program
  • I really enjoyed the opportunity to share my knowledge and help another woman during the isolating start-up phase. Support and encouragement and an open ear can add so much value when you feel like you have no idea what you are doing!
  • Learning as much from my mentee as she hopefully learned from me. This program created a very safe space for a strong professional (and in many ways personal) friendship.
  • The format made it easy for me as a mentor – I didn’t have to think up topics, it covered them. It can be hard for me to ask those questions, so I like those A LOT. I also really appreciated the check-in with Mentors….thank you.
  • I thought this was an exceptionally well-planned and delivered program! You provided excellent expectations and guidance throughout the program. The matching process was amazing and I think the tools/resources provided were fantastic.
