Want To Burn More Calories? Head to the Park

There are so many good reasons to get outside and hike, climb, paddle or otherwise move your body outdoors. Fresh air, exercise and even being around trees, studies show, can boost both physical and psychological health.

To highlight those benefits with hard numbers, the U.S. Forest Service recently issued a report showing just how good it is for us to get out into the woods.
