Update: Western States Looking for Cloud Storage for GIS Data

This is an update to an announcement http://apb.directionsmag.com/entry/local-gis-tidbits2/163475 in February that Colorado, Montana, Oregon and Utah were looking for a shared cloud service to share their GIS data. GCN reports that the group received feedback, that among other things suggested looking to federal agencies for more partners to further cut costs.
