Town Pump sponsors statewide food bank fundraiser

Local food banks are hoping to the public will step up to the plate to help raise funds to feed families this winter.
The Town Pump Charitable Foundation http://www.townpump.com/foundation/ is once again sponsoring "Be a Friend in Deed, Helping those in Need" campaign for food banks across Montana, including the Great Falls Rescue Mission, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Helping Hands food bank and FISH food pantry, all in Great Falls.
The Town Pump Charitable Foundation hopes to raise more than $3 million in the 13th annual fundraising event, which has a record 73 food banks participating. Town Pump will again match up to $500,000 in contributions made to participating food banks now through Nov. 30.
