The Red Ants Pants Foundation Girls Leadership Program Inviting High School Juniors to Participate

I wanted to reach out to share something that is close to our hearts in hopes that it might inspire you to get involved in any way you see fit.

One of the core pillars of the Red Ants Pants Foundation is to increase women’s leadership.  Last October, we launched our inaugural Girls Leadership Program. It was a huge success and we are currently recruiting our second cohort and need your help.

The Red Ants Pants Foundation Girls Leadership Program is designed to inspire hope for our youth, develop pride in our rural communities, and foster strength and courage in our leadership. The program consists of a cohort of eight girls entering their junior year of high-school, eight female mentors and a team of professional facilitators. All participants attend three multi-day retreats throughout the year. Between retreats, each girl will develop a community leadership project, attend four webinars to reflect and share their experiences, and engage in one-on-one mentoring designed to provide support, accountability, and assistance as needed.
