Startup says Google deal brings web-based records to doctors at no cost

A San Francisco startup said Friday it made a deal with Google Inc. to offer doctors and medical groups a web-based digital medical records system at no cost.
Practice Fusion Inc. http://www.practicefusion.com/company.htm lets doctors put electronic medical records in digital files. It also provides practice-management tools, such as billing systems.
