Sioux Falls ranks No. 2 on Forbes list for business, careers

Forbes has ranked Sioux Falls no. 2 on its annual list of "Best Small Cities for Business and Careers."

Cities were ranked based on 14 factors related to job growth, costs, income and economy growth, quality of life, workforce educational attainment and laws to protect people from employment discrimination.
