Rome is Latest European Capital to Drop Speed Limit to 30KPH (18.5 miles per hour…)

In Bologna, the first major Italian city to impose a 30kph speed limit, traffic crashes fell by 13 percent and fatalities fell by 50 percent. The lower speed limit is also expected to reduce noise levels by around 2 decibels in the city center.
