Rick Hays, President of Qwest Montana to Retire this Week.

How much has the company changed since Rick Hays first joined Qwest Communications in 1974?

Depending on how you look at it, it was two name changes, four states or several landmark legal and technicological changes ago.

Hays, 54, the president of Qwest Montana, is retiring this week after more than three decades with the company.
