Residents seeking to regulate single-use plastic in Missoula

May 13, 2024/

If passed, the ordinance will be put into place May 1, 2025, and will ban businesses and city government facilities from offering single-use:

  • Plastic bags
  • Foam cups and food containers
  • Packing peanuts
  • Plastic straws and beverage stirrers
