Request for Proposals to provide audit services – The Great Northern Development Corporation (GNDC)

The Great Northern Development Corporation (GNDC), a private nonprofit economic development corporation, serving six northeastern Montana counties and headquartered in Wolf Point, Montana; is issuing this Request for Proposals to provide audit services. The award for auditing services shall be for a one year period (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013), with the option to renew for an additional two years.

The option to renew will be based upon successful completion of the prior year audit. The organization has expended $500,000 during the time period and it will be necessary to comply with the Single Audit Act. Please respond prior to July 15, 2013 at 5:00pm.

In response please include:

Name and qualifications of the individual(s) responsible for the audit,

Time frame or completion date for the audit, and

Maximum dollar amount for the audit along with an hourly rate schedule.
