Prospera is looking for mentors and mentees for the next 56Strong cohort! 56Strong connects women entrepreneurs and business leaders from all of Montana’s 56 counties through a one-on-one mentorship program. This is a six-month program designed to:

  • Bridge the gap between the urban and rural divide
  • Support female entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses
  • Increase female businesses across the state of Montana
  • Help women gain access to capital
  • Support and build resiliency among female professionals

The next 56Strong cohort will run from January through June 2025. Requirements for program participation and applications are available on Prospera’s website.

Mentees are typically new business owners who are looking for support and guidance from seasoned professionals or business owners. Participation as a mentee is also helpful for long-standing business owners that are looking to expand or shift their business model and would like support along the way.

The role of the mentor is to support mentees by providing encouragement and education about the technical and/or operational sides of running a business, helping set and achieve goals, and building confidence.

This program is profoundly beneficial for mentees and mentors by increasing networks and connections, fostering a community of support, empowering women to build their business and take next steps, and so much more. The application deadline is December 8, 2024.

Consider applying today or sharing information about the program to your networks or interested parties. If you have questions, please reach out to Lindsey Benov at 406-898-2093 or [email protected].
