The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Portland State University President Wim Wiewel will celebrate his inauguration with a conference on creating a sustainable regional economy.

Wim Wiewel rode a bicycle to work on his first day as president of Portland State University. This week, he will celebrate his inauguration with a two-day conference on creating a healthy, green regional economy.
