New homebuyer assistance program launches across Montana

NeighborWorks Montana, in partnership with NeighborWorks Great Falls, has introduced HomeStretch, a new homebuyer assistance program in 22 counties statewide. The program contributes 30% of the home purchase price, with a limited equity return at resale to support future buyers.

Hanna Tester, Homeownership Director with NeighborWorks Montana, emphasized the program’s alignment with their mission. “Offering this new loan product to Montanans is directly in line with our mission and the role we play as affordable housing leaders across the state,” she said.
