All-day kindergarten among final Guinn budget priorities

CARSON CITY — Kenny Guinn’s last budget as governor includes $25 million to implement all-day kindergarten for all Nevada children in the second half of 2008-09 and $110 million toward an ambitious statewide Health Sciences Center sought by Nevada’s higher education system.
