1:30pm Opening Session – Introduction & Welcome
Note: Each session provides "best practices" presentation to discuss case studies, when practical, discussing various stages from idea to implementation, problems / challenges encountered, how it was financed, who were the partners, what could have been done differently, what worked or didn’t, etc. Presentations will last about 25 minutes each with Q&A after each presentation.

2:00pm Incubators – Practitioners tell how they are funded and operated and the kinds of services they provide.

3:45 – 5:15 Concurrent Sessions
3:45pm Economic Development Districts – Montana and Wyoming District Directors discuss the services they provide, the programs they use and methods they employ to achieve regional economic and community development.

3:45pm Local Development Organizations – Local Development Corporations from Montana and Wyoming discuss different approaches to managing successful economic development programs.
