Montana’s Early Childhood Education Program will Pay for Itself in 9 Years – Gov. Bullock wants universal pre-K in place by 2015

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

Every Montana child should have access to a pre-kindergarten program, and Gov. Steve Bullock wants a program in place by September 2015.

"This is really about our overall state," Bullock said during the Business Leaders’ Summit on Early Childhood Education in Missoula on Wednesday.
