Montana Tourism Awards – Nominations OPEN 1/15-2/15

2014 MDOC_Commerce Logo Update

The Montana Tourism Awards banquet and program will be held as part of the 2019 Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Recreation. To get to that special night where we will recognize finalists and the winners, we need to first gather nominations from around the state.

Please take a moment to review the categories of the Tourism Awards program on the Governor’s Conference page as some are new for 2019:  Private + Public Collaboration Award and Outstanding Tourism Volunteer Award. The nomination process is done completely online through Submittable.com. Note that the Film Community of the Year Award is selected separately by the Montana Film Office.

I hope you will have plenty of nominees from your respective regions; please share this information in your organizations and communities and extend the invitation to attend.

If you haven’t already, be sure to register to attend the Montana Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Recreation to be held April 14-16, 2019 at the Copper King Hotel & Convention Center in Butte. Rooms are available at several Butte lodges as a special rate of $95 or less. Visit MTGovernorsConference.com for information on the agenda, speaker, sponsorships and FAM tours. We are pleased to have spectacular keynote and feature presentations and speakers including Samantha Brown of “Places to Love” travel show. In addition, Montana Governor Steve Bullock will address the conference at Tuesday’s lunch.

In Touch,

Kev
