Montana ranks No. 2 in the country for quit rates. Local businesses focus on retaining staff amid mass job exodus

KALISPELL, MONT. — A whopping 4.5 million Americans quit their jobs in the month of November, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which also reports Montana ranks No. 2 in the country for quit rates.

As people move on and look for new opportunities, some businesses are finding a way to keep their staff coming back.
