Missoula to consider time restriction on residential trash collection

The council voted on Wednesday to set a hearing next week to debate a law that would prohibit garbage collection between 9 p.m. and  6 a.m. within 300 feet of a residence, seven days a week.

Industrial and commercial districts would not be affected.
