Missoula releases draft of land use plan to guide growth over the next 20 years

Plan recommends increased housing density citywide to tackle critical shortage.
The planning board will hold a public hearing on the draft plan on Nov. 19. The City Council will consider it for adoption in December. Work on the unified development code updates will continue into the spring.
