We Sort our Fine Cacao Beans with Passion, then we Roast, Winnow, Grind, Refine, Conch, Temper, Mold and Pack as Chocolate Bars.
Our Chocolate is Pure and Crafted with Two Ingredients only.
We never add Cacao Butter, Palm Oil, Emulsifiers, Lecithin or Synthetic Sugars.
