Missoula Downtown Master Plan sees update after a decade

The Downtown Missoula Partnership teamed up with town planners, Dover, Kohl & Partners to present Missoula Downtown Master Plan Sept. 17-20.

They told the Missoula consolidated planning board about a few of the things they did to research this plan.
