Since 1995, Daniel Goleman has been researching and speaking globally about the importance of Emotional Intelligence. Now, in 2020, Emotional Intelligence matters more than ever as leaders navigate through the uncertainty of COVID, social unrest and economic upheaval.

To help leaders cultivate resilience, Torch is teaming up with Goleman EI and Daniel Goleman for his first-ever, 4-week live, virtual course on the Essentials of Emotional Intelligence. This is an experiential learning intensive that combines live 90 minute sessions with supplemental materials on the Torch learning platform. It is designed to introduce you to the four domains of Emotional Intelligence (EI) as well as provide practical strategies to implement EI into your leadership and organization.
