Lawsuit details alleged kickbacks, illegal payments by Kalispell hospital

Kalispell Regional Healthcare announced last month it had set aside $21.5 million for a potential settlement, saying only that it was under federal investigation over compensation for some of its physicians.

At the time, the hospital declined to provide further details on the investigation.
