Inside Entrepreneurship: Investors are angels, not saints

Q: My cousin and I are starting up a Web company and have prepared a business plan that predicts a very successful company. We need $50,000 to start up. We don’t want angel investors who expect astronomical returns, only investors who expect a reasonable return or lenders who don’t require collateral. Possible?
