Higher Education and Workforce Disconnect

At the same time many college grads are finding it difficult to land good jobs, industry leaders are concerned there aren’t enough qualified grads to fill their openings. In Washington state, the aerospace industry’s demand for engineers consistently exceeds the state’s production at a two-to-one ratio.
