1) Networked with developers, retailers and commercial brokers at RECon 2014: The Global Retail Real Estate Convention. Discussed potential retail developments and prospective retail brands, restaurants and hotels for Great Falls’ future.
2) Worked on marketing techniques with an existing business. Assisted two entrepreneurs looking at purchasing businesses. With one discussed financing options, product research, market penetration and historic financial performance. With the other discussed historic financial performance and project sources and uses of funds.
3) The City Commission approved a Big Sky Trust Fund grant application to support the Calumet Montana Refining expansion.
