EPA Planning To Rescind $7 Billion In Federal Solar Grants, Including $30M For Wyoming

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is drafting termination letters that would claw back $7 billion in Solar for All funding nationwide, including about $30 million designated for Wyoming.
