Brad Pitt foundation homes with flashy price tag arrive in Poplar, Montana

Four years after drawing up plans for energy efficient homes for a Montana Indian reservation, sketches made by Brad Pitt’s foundation http://makeitright.org/ are finally coming off the paper and out onto the land.

The homes promised to the Fort Peck Tribe by the non-profit Make It Right Foundation at one time seemed like nothing more than a dream for tribal members.

Each foundation-built house costs about $283,000 while the median cost of a home in Poplar is about $46,900, according to a Montana real estate agency.
