Czech photographer, wanderer shares his ‘Own Private Montana’ in exhibit at Break Espresso

The photographs in "My Own Private Montana," represent work from eight return trips.

"The answer is in the mountains, dusty towns, old-time saloons, in the rivers, the prairie, in the sky, in the sky. Montana has it all," he said.

Jan Richter will show photographs from his book, "My Own Private Montana," in August at Break Espresso, 432 N. Higgins Ave. There is a First Friday reception on Aug. 5 from 6-9 p.m. Fact and Fiction bookstore will host a signing on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
