Currently, Christie works as the VP of Change Management for SGI (Silicon Graphics Inc.). Christie has over 22 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and grass root-organizing efforts. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development, is a Senior American Leadership Forum Fellow and a member of the Women’s Leadership Board for the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Christie has held executive positions in Change Management, Human Resources and Organizational Efficiency. She is a speaker in a variety of forums and provides life-coaching services to several clients across the U.S.
